Client Services Representative

This candidate is primarily responsible for providing effective customer support for all internal and external company customers and servicing and providing products based on customer agreements. This person will work with sales managers to provision and service all customer inquires and obligations including outbound sales calls, technical assistance and product fulfillment. He or she will manage current customer lead retrieval and attendee tracking orders and provide general support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customers' requests from association and corporate clients
  • Outbound Lead Retrieval Sales to exhibiting companies
  • Coordinate ordering of proper inventory and develop ordering timelines for projects
  • Develop and translate client needs into product business requirements, and manage the product roadmap
  • Update client information within sales operating system including leads, inventory requirements, contact updates, etc.
  • Actively participate where necessary on all special projects/events
  • Ability to travel on limited basis

Desired Skills

  • BA/BS degree with a concentration in business preferred; or equivalent professional experience in a sales environment.
  • Three or more years' experience with direct sales and/or onsite tradeshow (lead retrieval) experience
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with an emphasis on persuasiveness.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, leadership
  • Strong attention to detail
