Lead Retrieval Project Manager


We currently have an exciting opportunity with IQR Leads for a Lead Retrieval Project Manager The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for providing onsite event operational support, preparing for tradeshows and events, and performing post-show report generation and recommendations

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the technical, logistical, and customer service aspects for existing and potential clients.
  • Operational support will involve travel to shows and events to assist with device preparation, distribution, etc., and oversight of assigned staff.
  • Preshow planning requires candidate to coordinate with other sales staff prior to shows and events to successfully strategize for onsite lead retrieval revenue generation.
  • Post show requirements include creating and analyzing reports and data for clients as well as for internal requirements.

Desired Skills

  • BA/BS degree with a concentration in business preferred; or equivalent professional experience in a sales environment
  • Three or more years' experience with direct sales and/or onsite tradeshow (lead retrieval) experience
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to travel frequently (55-60%)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with an emphasis on persuasiveness
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong organizational, leadership
  • Strong attention to detail
